Anchor Consulting, LLC is different than other consulting and online services because we offer clients much more than a package of off-the-shelf documents. Our consultants and our networked professionals study and listen about your organization and form long-lasting relationships with churches and ministries, remaining on-call to provide professional business counsel throughout the life of each organization as it grows and changes. Our team includes an ordained pastor and attorneys with corporate experience. Our attorneys serve as corporate counsel for denominations with thousands of churches. We have also helped churches of all sizes in a wide range of legal matters. The average size of a church in America is about 100 members. Many churches are smaller than that. However, as these churches grow in size and complexity, perhaps expanding to two or more campuses, their exposure to liability increases, along with the value of their assets. Anchor Consulting, LLC provides professional guidance in spreading out that liability to protect the longevity and viability of the organization. Clients nationwide look upon our consultants and attorneys as authorities in church business structuring, asset protection and church law. Our tenure as law school professors and our long-term association with international religious broadcasting networks enable us to leverage contacts with other consultants and attorneys across the country to deliver our consulting services in each state. These professional contacts enable us to meet the needs of churches and ministries coast-to-coast. Our goal is to respect the history and the doctrine of a church or its denomination, and to help each church stay in compliance with its policies and beliefs.

God is about relationships. I am honored to have built many relationship throughout my careers that span internationally. Prior to working in the legal field, I spent fifteen years in the television industry. As the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for International Family Entertainment, President and CEO of Fit TV and President of Middle East Television, I managed advertising sales offices in New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, London and Hong Kong, was responsible for crafting the legal strategy to change the commercial broadcast laws in Israel to permit non-Israeli television entities to run advertising targeted at Israel and evacuated my staff under threats of war.
I have been honored to pastor and help plant and grow churches as an Elder and Pastor.
Today, I am partner at a full service law firm, and am known nationally as one of the very few church law authorities in the U.S. representing denominations and churches in all 50 states and every province in Canada. In addition to my legal practice, I regularly speak at various conferences and have regularly served as adjunct professor at Regent University School of Law and the School of Communications, where I taught Wills, Trusts & Estates, Law Practice Management, International Business Transactions, Entertainment Law and Media Law, Policy and Ethics.

Generational thinking is Biblical and plays such a role in planning and making decisions for a business, nonprofit, church and for each individual. As a wife, Mom of four, and daughter who inherited a rich spiritual legacy, I take every client and opportunity to assist others as my call to bring strength and a firm foundation for the generations to come.
Prior to law school, my background was in marketing, working in the financial industry and running small businesses. A lot of the advice I am able to offer clients stems from experience navigating these areas as someone who has been in their shoes and I truly believe we are here to strengthen each other and provide resources to help those in administrative roles work more efficiently, stay compliant, to enable any organization to advance farther than they would have been on their own.
Currently, I am a partner at a full-service law firm focusing my area of practice in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, nonprofit organizations and wills, trusts and estates. She also routinely is an adjunct professor at Regent University and Wave Bible College.
